Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the appointment will be billed 50% of the total price. Having your space photo ready is key to ensure a smooth and timely photoshoot. Please review the "Get Ready List" for more information. We are unable to clean, move, or organize items in your home. Anything that is in the room will be captured in the photos.
No, we cannot photograph the property if there are other services being done at the same time. In this case where we arrive and other service providers are present, we will need to reschedule, and our cancellation fee will apply.
No. There must be an agent, homeowner or property manager on site at the time of the service if the property is occupied. If the property is vacant, we can photograph the property without someone present as long as we have a way to access the property. I.e. a passcode or key.
