Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the appointment will be billed 50% of the total price. This fee also applies if we arrive at the property and we cannot perform services for any reason, including the wrong address provided or other service professionals onsite at the same time.

Photos will have a 24-hour turnaround.

Videos will have a 48-hour turnaround.

Zillow 3D Tours will have a 24-hour turnaround.

Floor Plans may take up to 48 hours to be completed.


Having your space photo ready is key to ensure a smooth and timely photoshoot. Please review the "Get Ready List" for more information. We are unable to clean, move, or organize items in your home. Anything that is in the room will be captured in the photos.


No, we cannot photograph the property if there are other services being done at the same time. In this case where we arrive and other service providers are present, we will need to reschedule, and our cancellation fee will apply.


No. There must be an agent, homeowner or property manager on site at the time of the service if the property is occupied. If the property is vacant, we can photograph the property without someone present as long as we have a way to access the property. I.e. a passcode or key.
